Who is responsible for your information

The controller of information submitted through this website is “URAY TECHNOLOGIES” LLC, a company registered in the Republic of Armenia. Its registered address is 12 Vagharshyan Street, Arabkir, Yerevan 0012, Republic of Armenia.

Information you provide

We collect the information you choose to submit when you contact Uray or propose a collaboration. This may include your name, organisation, country, work email, collaboration area and message.

Please do not submit patient data, medical records or other sensitive health information through the public website.

How we use information

We use submitted information to respond, take steps you request before a potential agreement, assess a potential collaboration, maintain business records and protect the website from misuse. Depending on the context, we rely on steps taken at your request, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting our business, or a legal obligation. We do not sell personal information or use it for automated decision-making.

Technical data, analytics and cookies

Our hosting and security services may process limited technical data, such as an IP address or its security hash, request time, requested page, browser information and approximate country. We use this information to deliver and protect the website, prevent abusive submissions and understand aggregate country-level traffic.

We normally keep identifiable access and security logs for no more than 90 days. Aggregated country statistics that no longer identify a visitor may be kept for longer.

We do not currently use advertising, cross-site tracking or marketing cookies. The site therefore does not ask you to accept optional tracking cookies. A security challenge may process technical signals only when it is needed to protect a form.

Service providers and disclosure

Amazon Web Services helps us host the website, store submitted requests and deliver operational email. Cloudflare Turnstile may process limited technical signals when a security challenge is needed to protect the form. Cloudflare may use those signals to provide, secure and improve Turnstile as described in its own privacy terms. These providers may process data outside Armenia. We may also disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights and website security. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

Retention

We retain the website copy of information submitted through the form for up to ten years after submission so that we can manage long-cycle pre-order and collaboration discussions and preserve records needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We may delete or de-identify it earlier if those purposes no longer apply. You may request deletion at any time; we will comply unless an applicable legal obligation or overriding legal reason requires continued retention.

Your choices and contact

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your information, or to object to certain processing. You may also complain to the data-protection authority available to you.

To make a privacy request, write to the controller at the registered address above and mark the correspondence “Privacy request”. Do not include patient data, medical records, health information or identity documents in ordinary correspondence. If verification is required, we will provide a secure method.
